Just had a thought while writing, you might try prepending the number rather than appending it, and see if that 'works' better for you. Might have to try that myself...

Thanks, Chris. Here the numbers are plain confusing. We want to avoid them at all. We dig into the code and found the same, that the Windows Pad setting overrides "do not put numbers" setting. Our form's names will be unique, because we append patient names to the title...
