They can navigate to the same patient, but the second instance of the form will be in read-only mode in this case with some indication of it in the caption. At least this is what the manager wants and I see that it makes sense from the user's point of view. Now from the programmer's point of view it is almost impossible to implement, and that is very unfortunate.

UPDATE. I am currently thinking, that I may try to trick it by adding a long string to the caption, so numbers will not show up. I will play with it later.
