Create an Edit menu that has this functionality and have it Replace the Edit menu pad on your main menu. In your form events, you need to do:

Activate:
PUSH MENU _MSYSMENU

Got Focus:
DO Edit.Mpr

Deactivate:
POP MENU _MSYSMENU
