Hi Neil,

You only need to SET EXCLUSIVE once, generally I would set it in the start up program. Also if you set exclusive off you dont need the shared clause as it will always be opened shared.

How are you running this? Are you running the exe?
If your doing it through VFP itself then you may still have it open in the Data Session.
