I get the same value (12) in both cases in VFP8 and VFP9. What I'm mising?

>VFP6, VFP7,VFP8
>Lets put grid1 on the second page of the pageframe
>and 2 fields on the form text1,text2
>Form init code
>this.text1.Value=objtoclient(this.pageframe1.page2.grid1,2)
>page2-activate-code
>thisform.text2.Value=objtoclient(this.grid1,2)
>run form, click second page
>text1.value=text2.value
>go to first page , go back to second
>text2.value changed on 5 and not equal to text1
