there is a free software from novel caled Netdrive. With this you can map a local drive to any webserver. If you have this installed its only a question of the rights you have on the target webserever like FTP user and Password than you just copy the new file(s).

the comercial version of this is caled webdive but it costs some 50 US per PC check the web for the download
