Thank you for reply, not been here for a while.

I'm going for ODBC of VFP data to increase speed across network for multi-user. This will also allow me to write a data layer in VB. Gradually moving application away from VFP to ASP/VB/MSDE with option of VFP, SQL, Access, Paradox or any other back end.
