C0000005 is a GPF (General Protection Fault).

There could be many reasons for this error. Could be an attempt to access memory out of range. Could be video or network card problems. Could be printer problems (some HP drivers had this problem a while ago).

In VFP it could be insufficient Garbage Collection.

Try also renaming foxuser.dbf and see if the problem stems from corruption there (unlikely but possible).
