Hi Sergey

Some things that I consider as improvements:

The cursor is always in the right and the number "go out" towards left (unless decimal point is pressed)
Check CONFIRM setting and act properly.
Check for overflow and leave the texbox if necessary and SET CONFIRM is OFF (doesn't display ***,***,***)
Handle backspace key
Works well regardless SYSFORMATS, SEPARATOR, POINT and CURRENCY settings

As drawback I would mention partial text selection/replace, which is not possible.
