>I have a little problem I am not sure how to handle, I am sure that it is not difficult. I want to have as part of a menu a procedure that would allow a user to input a set of to and from dates that would be stored to a memory variable so that when reports are printed I can use them as part of the REPORT FORM command, I can do it manually in the command window, but I need it to be simply a form that comes up and they can select the date ranges, close the form and the report will print.

Jeff, actually you already answered your own question. :) In general, from the menu you call the form (probably modal form). On the form you place your textboxes for entering the dates. You check entered dates, then you can use those values, or assign them to public variables which you can use inside the reports. I don't know how you run the report - using form or report Dataenvironment, or create a cursor.
