Not ideal, but interesting. I already have over 100 fields in page getting names from an array. If there is no other way I'll do it, but it's cluttered and probably error prone.

Create three separate report fileds: Name, dots field with expression REPLICATE(".", < whatever >) and Phone #. Sent to Back dots field so it's covered by 2 other fields.
