It sounds like PostSetup never got registered. PostSetup runs both in the ActiveVFP setup and whenever you create a new vfp web app with WebAppBuilder. PostSetup will setup your virtual directories, setup security, and finally actually launch your web browser to load your new web app. You could just compile the PostSetup.pjx and it should work (not sure why it wasn't already registered)..
