Well, it is not so difficult (if you have your printing routine encapsulated already), to put all of your FRX in a table binary memo, then add the table into the exe, and extract the memo to a temp file on the client any time you need it. The performance hit should be negligible. I know it's a bit convoluted, but if it solves your problem and improve your usage of a product you like, it could be worth a try.
