I can't do that because I can't install anything i.e. no rights. The network person would have a cow.

I OWN the server but do not have rights to the server except to the data used by my app.

I can't even dialup or get access in any way. When I do an upgrade I have to talk my user thru it over the phone. She is on a workstation.

It's sad.
