On one user's HP4, it prints as if starting at the edge of the paper, not the edge of the printable area. The result is that it cuts off the first .5 inch or so of the left side of the report. Change the report definition to "Whole Page" and then adjust all your fields accordingly. This way it doesn't matter what printer you use, it will always be positioned the same.
