Hi Garrett,

I set PageHeader/PageFooter height to 0, used a title band, and changed the Page Setup to use the whole page instead of the printable page.

I got the same results you did: some of the items were split between one page and the next.

I'm wondering if the problem has more to do with IE's Print/Print Preview engine. To attempt ReportListener workarounds would probably require a career move.
