Even though MSDE is included on the VFP8 CD I would reccomend going to directly to the source (http://www.microsoft.com/sql/msde/default.asp) and download the latest MSDE version with all the patches. Also while you are there I would reccomend downloading the sample databases (northwind and pubs).
