Firefox should work fine with ActiveVFP. In WebAppBuilder or ActiveVFP installation, you only have to use DOMAIN NAME/IP ADDRESS and WEB SITE when you are hosting multiple domains/web sites on your computer. Otherwise, leave them as they are at the defaults of LOCALHOST and Default Web Site.
OWAB is from the following code in WebAppBuilder:

So, you must have the Postsetup.dll available (I'm not sure why it wouldn't be if you installed ActiveVFp normally)...
