Hi! A customer of mine had a HP1100 printer installed correctly on the XP machine locally. They can print to windows programs fine, but all of a sudden cannot print to a DOS program IE FPD26.

If this problem happened in the past, I would just add the printer again.
The wizard would always ask "Use this printer to print to DOS?" or somthing like this? but now it doesn't seem to?

Any help extremely appreciated
