Hello,
it can't cause it just installs an general exception handler before running the DLL function .. this one then traps the error which is thrown by the OS (just a normal memory addressing exception) which for 99% is produced due to wrong parameters be passed by you to the function ..
the OS doesn't know anything about that DLL, VFP knows less than nothing about that DLL .. that's the cause why it just can display a general error message ..
