The latest build is 415. If you don't have this build, you can download or order Visual Studio Service Pack 3 from Microsoft's web site. I think if you go to the owner's area for VFP or Visual Studio you'll find it there.
I fixed it! Once I deleted the foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt files. It worked again. BTW, I have the last build.
