>Okay, SP3 is off the hook :) I finally completely uninstalled vfp, deleting everything, including all System files I could find. Then reinstalled vfp5.0a, then SP3. Now setup wizard does a fine job again. Must have been a corrupt file somewhere...Life is good again :)
Bruce,
I got caught by this one a couple of months ago. I gave in and called MS tech support and actually got a right answer even though I don't really like it.
Before using the Setup wizard always DELETE the DISTRIB directory, DKCONTROL.*, and WZSETUP.INI. There are two copies of WZSETUP.INI. One is in the root directory of you setup image and the other is in the VFP root directory.
