How can I prevent popups using _webbrowser4?
I've tried setting CANCEL=.T. in NewWindow2(), but it doesn't work.
I can have the popup initialize offscreen, so they're invisible, but that still leaves me with another problem.

I have my app designed to work in the background, continually reloading a URL. But every time it reloads and a popup appears, it brings my app to the foreground. Even though I have the popup offscreen (so it's invisible) the app pops up over whatever window I'm working in (and sets focus to it), so whatever I'm typing at the moment goes into the wrong window.
