Is there any way to use the SQL Select statement to count the number of occurences of 10 and 20 in one statemnet? Or do I have to use a calculate cnt() statement twice, once for 10 and once for 20.

Matt,
Do you want to know the number of 1's and 2's in the table or do you want to know the number of sets-of-1's where each set has 10 elements or 20 elements?
