When you open a class, select Anchor in the PropSheet and open the Anchor Editor, the dropdown in the editor includes the most likely choices for that type of control. You have to decide which makes the most sense for your applications.

You'll probably also find that, in some cases, you'll need to make changes lower in your class hierarchy. For example, you might set your command button base class so that buttons move down and to the right as the form grows, but certain buttons, such as OK/Cancel buttons, may want to default to the settings that let you center the buttons.

However, once you go through the exercise and make your choices, you'll only have to set anchoring for the exceptions.
