Helping another programmer with this one, and found that I didn't know the answer.

Trying to create a text file for the federal government with a fixed width of 750 characters.
He's using @SAYs to produce the output file, but cannot exceed a width of 500 characters; everything past that just disappears.

I'm pretty sure there are several ways around this, but it's his pet project and he wants to do it in FOXDos 2.5. Can't use a copy to type SDF because there are unique header and trailer records as well. Don't want to introduce him to low-level file operations. Any ideas?
