I've been a VFP developer for 6 years and I'm working on my first ASP.NET application using VB.NET. I've got most of the application working accept a few things:

1. How do I set a Format or InputMask on a TextBox control? I want to make the entry Uppercase during the entry.

2. The rows and header in the DataGrid control are adjusting automatically to fill the grid - if only 1 row exists: 1/3 of the grid is the header, 1/3 is the row, and 1/3 is the footer. I would like the row to stay a fixed height.
