It is a bug with XP, I presume.

In related to that, from a build application I built to compile several projects I have in one click, the build process will fail sometimes and I have to retry a second time to have it ok. So, just retrying a second time without doing any other action will simply make the build succeed. I submitted the simulation pattern to that bug more than a year before VFP 9, based on their request to check it, and I never heard of anything. Nor was it resolved in the release.
