Working on a .NET project proposal. Need some advice on tools and/or products to use. Can anyone comment or care to share their experiences with

Code Generators such as
Iron Speed
Constructor()
Vbexpress

Mere Mortals .Net framework or

Gui Presentation such as Infragistics

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This would really depend on your experience with .NET - if you have several years of development as well as prior framework experience my recommendation would be to write your own because you end spending 1/2 your time criticising the 3rd party framework.

However, if your experience doesn't include frameworks than I would recommend that you pick a framework or application generator to either use or get ideas from to create your own framework.

Be prepare to spend 2/3 of your project on the learning curve.
