Did you install application for all users or only for the current user (Administrator)? What "doesn't run" means?

>So... I create the installation files and test it out and everything works. I install the application and MSDE (backend) on the clients application and run it under the Administrator account and everything works fine. When the client logs in under their own account, non-Administrator, the application doesn't run. Does anybody have suggestions regarding which files need to be accessible in order for the client to run the application under a "non-Administrator" account?
