I am experiencing a problem with a msgraph 5 object contained in table. I created a graph and put it in a general field. This way, i can visually modify it without having to write code that sets up the graph at runtime. This is a tip I found in Foxpro Advisor. At runtime , I take the graph from the table and put it into a general field in a cursor. Then I create a string that contains the data I want the graph to display. Then I use append general with the string. Normally doing this sets up the graph object with the new data. This works great,except...sometimes the 'append general' fails, and my report just shows the graph i originally put in the table! Rebooting the computer solves the problem, but i don't want the end users to reboot any more than they already have to. It would seem that the object is cached, and not refreshed properly, but i can't find the proper 'clear' parameter (clear resources doesn't help). I posted this one on the compuserve foxpro forum as well, but no luck.

Any hint or sharing of experience with the same problem would be greatly appreciated.
