Unfortunately, it does not, as far as I can see. The only possible solution I can think of is to write a Java script that reacts to the onKeyPress event, that can interact with some fox function. I have a prototype running (that so far only displays the key pressed in a fox MessageBox) and I guess I can get it to work, but it seems like a kludge...
