We have a form that depending on a table setting, the user will either pick items from a list or enter them through a textbox into the lstSelected list in a moverlist object.
If the user is entering the data through the textbox, it needs to stay in the textbox after they hit either enter or tab to copy the value in the textbox into the lstSelected list and leave the user in the textbox so that they can continue to enter values. But the user also needs to be able to select any record/data in the lstSelected list and move it out of the list. They also need to be able to save or revert their lists and exit the form. Hope this makes since, or do I need to give you more info?

>>I put code in the moverlist.lstselect.click and .gotfocus that is
>>Thisform.ltextbox = .F.

>>I moved the code over to the valid like you suggested, and that made it so that I had to bring up the task manager to kill my application, becuase the textbox would not release control at all. When the code is in the lostfocus, at least I can click on the exit button and the form will close.
