One of the solutions could be to work with oIE = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application"), navigate to the site, and to use the document properties and methods to populate the form automatically.

As a rule every WEB site needs the customized approach (if you do not control the site yourself). So I doubt that you will find the third party that will do what you need. Contact me via email and with details if you wish my involvment.
