Rough suggestion: If the user doesn't know any html why not embed a miscroft word document (or just a webbrowser control allowing to navigate to a word document) and let the user edit the document and save it afterwards as a html doucment. The generated html is almost unreadable but if the user doesn't look at it ... who cares?. I have never tried it though.
Saying that maybe the next site can help
