The install directions for the Developer's Express controls from the Helps are as follow:

To install the Developer's Express controls for MM .NET:
Launch Windows Explorer and navigate to the ..\Mere Mortals .NET Framework 2003\Third Party Components\DevExpress Controls directory.

In my "C:\Program Files\Mere Mortals .NET Framework 2003" folder I have the following sub-folders:

Mere Mortals Framework
Mere Mortals Framework Automation
Mere Mortals Framework Interfaces
Mere Mortals Framework Web Forms
Mere Mortals Framework Windows Forms
Samples
VB
VC#
Wizards

No, Third Party Components folder.

Also, no "Mortals .NET Framework DevExpress Controls Installation.msi" on the entire hard drive.

Maybe I need to have the Developer's Express controls installed prior to installing Mere Mortals Framework? I did not.
