The original problem description is Thread # 97755. I'm a novice on the Universal Thread, so I'm not clear on what you can see and what you can't. In a nutshell, my application is using optimistic table buffering and performing tableupdates wrapped in a transaction. The error I get is "Record is in use by another user" when in fact, no one else is on the network. The problem is resolved by running the process on a stand alone PC.

Any ideas?
