I would not call it a program. This is basically a line in a DOS .BAT file that zips files in one directory into a zip file on CD disk. I have been using the same batch file for years and only
lately see that the date of the zip files is wrong. The date should be automatically set to the current date, since I am not defining it anywhere on the zip command line. So I think it is something different.
