The quickest way I can think of is to show the printer dialog to the user and have them choose Microsoft Fax and then run the report i.e.

mcprinter=GETPRINTER()

IF ALLTRIM(mcprinter)==""
RETURN
ELSE
SET PRINTER TO NAME &mcprinter
REPORT FORM .......
ENDIF
