There could be issue of security involved such as described in our Troubleshooting section.

Also, if the refresh of the toolbar, at regular interval, is not working, this could be caused by a trouble with the connection. Or, make sure your account is set to auto refresh. This is under account setup, Update your account/Settings/Refresh interval.
