When I type text like the following:
* abcde
and then press ENTER, sometimes the asterisk will automatically be converted to a bullet (which is why I typed the asterisk in the first place), and sometimes, it will not. This happens on the same computer, even on the same document, without changing any settings.
I have the setting for automatic bulleted list enabled, BTW.
Does anybody have an explanation for this queer behavior?
