>My client has installed an HP Color LJ 3500 in one office. Some of my reports (my system is VPF 8 SP1, all workstations are Win XP) work reliably and others do not print reliably on the new printer. There is no color in my reports. All of my reports run on the various Laser Jets and Lexmarks at the client without issue.

Open the report. Under the Reports menu item, uncheck "Printer Environment" and try it again.
