>>Recently I bought installed a program "123 Copy DVD" (I should learn not to buy these types of program, but this is a topic for another thread <g>). During the installation it said something like (I don't remember exactly the wording) "Now your CD ROM drive will Not be auto detecting disks" or something to this effect. Now, when I place a blank CD into the drive nothing happens (before, Roxio CD Creator would pop up and I could format the disk). I looked everywhere in the Roxio to see if this is a setting in Roxio. Could not find it. I looked in the PC System Management at the CD/DVD drive properties for this type of setting, could not find anything.

>Open "My Computer", Right-Click on the DVD Icon, select "Properties" from the pop-up menu, the second tab, I believe (I do not have a DVD here" is "AutoPlay", there you can select the Action you want it to perform.

The only property I see on my CD/DVD properties is "Enable digital CD audio for this CD-ROM device." It was unchecked, I checked it, but still Roxio does not react when I put a new blank disk in.

Thank you for your suggestion.
