Cetin,

What I did for this back on on a FPW2.6 project that builds reports to plot min/max/avg data. Was to create just a raw report that had a vertical line and a shape which was my average marker. And set a comment for the object.

USE that FRX and copy it to a temp.frx where the comment doesn't include your special tags. Then just SCATTER the vertical line record and insert as many as you need in the temp.frx adjusting the VPOS, HPOS, HEIGHT and WIDTH properties as necessary, their units are 10,000ths of an inch.

once the frx is built, create a one record temp cursor so the report "thinks" there is something to report on and do a REPORT FORM. It works pretty slick, and under Win3 was a lot easier than trying to get a regular graphing tool to work.

>You misunderstood me. Drag&drop part is OK and done. I want to have a way to hack with frx on the fly to write line, box etc objects. I can use it but what to add, modify and how w/o the risk corrupting frx ?
