Something probably quite trivial.

I think dates show up better with a date mark of "-", rather than "/".
In my forms I have a default of:
Set Date British
Set Mark to "-"

Each date field on forms has props: DateFormat = 13 (short) and DateMark = "-"

I've just noticed that when there is no date in a field, " - - " appears on the form. But, if the field contains a date then like "02/02/2005" appears.

Now, either this has just started to happen or has always been like that, which I doubt, cos I would have pursued it earlier. Without looking at all my forms I can't say that this is universally the case.

Recently gone to XP Sp2 if that has any bearing on it.

Any ideas?

'ppreciate it
