This sounds like everyone has their own version of the story.
I took a "Computer Security and Auditability" class, lets just say a few years ago, to keep age out of the discussion. They talked about this guy in the class. Supposidly, he purchased a house in the same neighborhood as the bank president, only nicer. That set off some reg flags to investigate the guy.

>Yeah, I know of this story. He became a latent millionaire. He didn't actually get caught though, as I recall; rather he "lost his bottle" (as we Brits say) and confessed. He couldn't live with the enormity of his embezzlement.
