Table of a dbc in use by another application with several workstations, all successfully sharing the table.

Need to run a one-shot conversion program that will seek on a field of the subject table.

Runs fine when other application is NOT running but errors on ACCESS DENIED on the .DBC of the table when the other application is running.

What could be the problem?
