We have a system that runs full screen. At some locations (those that have problems) users have learned that they can hit the Windows Start key, or Ctrl-Esc and get to the start button. From there they can run anything. Mostly IE.

I renamed IExplore.exe to xIExplore.exe. Windows let me do that, and for a minute, the IE icon didn't work. However, within just a few minutes, it created a new IExplore.exe file.

So, either disabling IE or the keystroke would work, but I'm not seeing how.
Any ideas out there?
