Could anybody try this in VFP 9?

1. Create a new Form
2. Set Form's scrollable property to 3 - Both.
3. Drop an object, let's say a Button, and set its Anchor property to 176 (or any anchored no.) and move this button at the bottom of the form so that the form's vertical scroolbar will appear.
4. Run the form.
5. Try to resize or maximize continuosly.

Did you find any strange behavior?
