It turns out there was an INDEX ON... in the form after INIT. But, it turns out the problem only happens if the INDEX ON... is issued after a REQUERY.

>Bruce, I got same error when I INDEX ON .... TAG many times in the form, I was added theese lines in Click Event of a Button. But when i Place INDEX ON .. in Init Method of the form this error is gone. So Check If you Indexed the View Many times in Your form.
